A Book Recommendation for (almost) Every Letter of The Alphabet

This blog post was actually really difficult for me to find book recommendations for certain books, so I ended up having to cut the beginning of a book's title off, which still counts in my opinion. :)

Also, there are some letters missing (O, P, Q, X, and Z) because I didn't want to recommend a book I'd hadn't read just because it started with a certain letter. So I'll be taking recommendations in the comment for the letters I'm missing!

A Curse So Dark and Lonely by Brigid Kemmerer
I recently read this book and I fell in love with the characters and the story-line of this book. I would definitely recommend it!

The Bad Beginning by Lemony Snicket
This is a middle grade book, but it doesn't feel like it. These books were actually turned into a TV show and I read these books a while ago and it was such a surprise to see a middle grade where not everyone lives happily ever after.

Caraval by Stephanie Garber
This book was one of my favorite books of 2018, and I cannot wait for the third book in the trilogy to release. If you like interesting fantasy books, I would definitely check this book out!

Descendant of the Crane by Joan He
If you follow my blog, you probably know that I've been raving about Descendant of the Crane and I won't stop until everyone I know gets the chance to read it!

I read this book last year, and I loved it. I feel like it's one of those books that depicts mental illness just right. I would definitely recommend it!

If you want to not stop smiling while you read a book, this is the book for you! I adored the realistic friendships in this book and I love how Mills inserts a strange story-line so well without a single flaw.

This is definitely a different take on a fantasy book and I have to say I was really impressed by the writing and the story of the book, especially considering I'd never read anything by this author.

I loved this book and it hurts my heart that there aren't more people talking about this awesome book! It's a short book, but it's just so cute!

In Search of Us by Ava Dellaira
This story is told between two perspectives, Marilyn and Angie, her daughter. The two POV's work so well in this book and it's just such an amazing story.

Jacob Have I Loved by Katherine Paterson
I had to read this for school a few years ago, and it's been one of my favorite older books that I've read and I would definitely recommend checking it out.

This book was nothing like I thought it was going to be, but it ended up being an amazing fantasy with a brilliant historical(ish) book. Not to mention, the main character loves books.

Made You Up by Francesca Zappia

This book deals with mental health and it ended up being one of my favorite books of 2018. It's a real take on mental illness and that it doesn't just go away suddenly.

This is another book that deals with mental illness, and it's definitely a different take on it. It's one of the few books that portrays therapists in a good light, instead of bad guys.

O, P, and Q
I couldn't find a book to recommend that started with O, P or Q so please give me some recommendations in the comments!

Renegades was definitely a hard book to get into, but once the action started, it was amazing! I love the world, the characters and the plot, it all works together flawlessly. I would recommend that everyone read this book!

When I picked this book up it was definitely a case of judging the book by its cover, but the story is just as amazing and intricate as the cover.

You need to read this book, whether you've read Frankenstein or not, you'll love this book. White does an amazing job perfectly describing single tiny thing that happens in this book.

So I realized I put a lot of recommendations that deal with mental health, but here goes another one! The character in this book deals with anxiety and it's another great example of how even though you want the anxiety to stop, it doesn't just magically stop one day.

I adored this book, the way Tahereh Mafi writes is so poetic, and every sentence is perfectly written and it just flows wonderfully. I'm just gonna say again, I'd most definitely recommend it!
