Warrior of the Wild by Tricia Levenseller Review

Warrior of the Wild by Tricia Levenseller ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How do you kill a god? As her father's chosen heir, eighteen-year-old Rasmira has trained her whole life to become a warrior and lead her village. But when her coming-of-age trial is sabotaged and she fails the test, her father banishes her to the monster-filled wilderness with an impossible quest: To win back her honor, she must kill the oppressive god who claims tribute from the villages each year—or die trying.   ............................................................................................. “Each scar marks me as a survivor. A warrior of the wild.”   I'll be honest and let you know that this wasn't one of my anticipated reads for 2019, it was just available at my library so I requested it! The writing in this book was amazing and it was one of those books that painted a vivid scene in my head while reading it, which doesn't seem to happen very much in YA books now a days.
