The Dark Descent of Elizabeth Frankenstein by Kiersten White Review

The Dark Descent of Elizabeth Frankenstein by Kiersten White ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This book completely exceeded my expectations... I don't know how Kiersten White does it, but the way she wrote Elizabeth's character and POV with her relationship with Victor, it was exactly the way Elizabeth would feel after growing up in an such a terrible environment. Same thing with Justine, she continuous thought everything was her fault, because that's all she'd ever been told and after a while she beg Henry was only in this book in flashbacks, and somehow in those short scenes, I managed to love and adore him, especially after the way he tried to look after Elizabeth. This was one of those books that I could vividly see in my head, from the house to the laboratory. Especially the bookstore where Mary worked. Every plot twist in this book shocked me, even though you felt that you knew exactly what was going to happen next.  I loved this book ...
