This series was on display at my library and I picked up the first book, not only is the cover beautiful but the books are intriguing, have interesting characters and mysteries.

These books are gorgeous and as soon as I finished reading them, I immediately wanted copies for myself, if even only to display. I loved both books, they were such interesting takes on contemporary.

This cover is to die for, the color of the background is gorgeous. I really enjoyed the book, I didn't know, but it was a modern retelling of the Little Mermaid, which I ended up liking!

I ended up buying this book just cause I liked the cover, I didn't like the book that much, but the cover is so aesthetically pleasing.

  1. I love this! It's so cool to see which covers intrigue different readers. I don't find that my cover-buys tend to be contemporaries as often! I loove Nicola Yoon's covers though. They are so pretty.
