Best 10 Books of 2018
Some of these books were not released in 2018, but I read them in 2018.

Turtles All the Way Down
This was actually my first John Green book, and I just loved the way Green wrote out the story and how he was able to tell how a person was feeling without being so direct.

In Search Of Us
When you switch between two different perspectives, it usually doesn't work, but in this book it was very important in this book, and it worked beautifully.

As soon as I read the first page, I could tell that this book was going to be a memorable one, and it was. I don't know how to describe it, but it's a wonderful portrayal of mental illness.

I read this book in one sitting and it was everything a YA royal fiction book should be. It wasn't like other royal fiction, it had plot twists I wasn't expecting, and characters with personality.

The world building in this book is what really made this book amazing. Adeyemi was able to create a story where everything was there for a reason and worked for the book.

I'm usually not a fan of insta-love, but it worked in this book. Another thing I loved in this book was the side stories of random people who were just out there living their life.

I started this book, and then I just stopped because nothing was happening. After a few months, I decided to give it another try and I'm so glad I did. It's a slow book, but once the plot starts, it doesn't stop.

I had no clue what this book was about before I started reading it, but I'm so glad I picked it up. The way Tahereh Mafi writes is so poetic, and every sentence is perfectly written, and it just flows wonderfully.

This is the companion novel to The Last Namsara, and it works so that you can read the books in any order. I love the way the author makes you feel for characters you don't even know and aren't even in the story at all.

Every plot twist in this book was surprising. The way the author was able to make you love characters that were only there in flashbacks was remarkable. This was a of the only books were I could vividly see every single scene in this book. It was amazing.
