With the Fire on High by Elizabeth Acevedo
This was just one of those books where you wish all families could be like this. Emoni's relationship with her Abuela, was just so heartwarming and it was nice to see a family that just loves you unconditionally.

Lara Jean's relationship with her sister, Kitty was just so cute. Kitty was definitely the best part of the whole book, especially how she acted with Peter.

Don't Date Rosa Santos by Nina Moreno
This is another book with a girl who has a pretty amazing relationship with her Abuela, and even though they go through some ups and downs, they still work things out in the end.

City of Ghosts by Victoria Schwab
Cassidy's family wasn't extremely present in this book, but we did see of them was awesome and it was really cool to see parents trusting Cassidy about important things even though she was younger then when most parents would start to trust their kids.

On The Come Up by Angie Thomas
Bri's mother Jay was the highlight of this book for me, and she was just supportive over almost everything Bri wanted to do and she had no qualms telling Bri when she didn't like what she was doing.
