Sometimes you read a book, and you just know you'll never be able to put into words how much you loved that book? Well, Descendant of the Crane is most definitely one of those books.

This book sort of felt like a letdown considering how much I was looking forward to it. It wasn't by any means a bad book, it just wasn't everything I was hoping for.

This book was just a letdown after all the amazing reviews I had seen about it. Everyone seems to love the relationships and plot, but it just wasn't for me.

This book was the sequel to The Belles, and the last book in the duo-logy, it just felt like a book you would find in the middle of a trilogy, it just didn't seem to flow as well as the first book did.

I had no intention of reading this book, but it was available at my library so I decided to pick it up and I'm so glad I did! I loved every single second of this book and it was just an overall fun read!
