The Cheerleaders by Kara Thomas

I really didn't think I would like this book. It was extremely well written and easily got me out of my reading slump.

I don't know how to describe this book, but it's a fast paced read, and I read it in one sitting. Kara Thomas writes mystery/thriller books with such intrigue in the story that makes you not want to step away from the book.

Monica and Ginny's slow forming friendship was a nice addition to the story. The last few pages with how the accident with Ginny's dad was extremely important and I literally did not think that would've ever had anything to do with the two cheerleaders.

One of the most important parts to a thriller book that it's always interesting and you have no clue what's going to happen next or who you'll find out was involved.

I felt like the continuous fighting between Monica and her sister was unrealistic. Every time they would have a flashback it would end up with me wondering why they never worked things out and why they never stopped arguing.

This book was an interesting read and I think even people who do usually read thriller/mystery books will enjoy this book
