This book was just an absolute joy to read and it kept me interested throughout the entirety of the book.
All the character's POVs were perfectly written and the author did an amazing job of actually keeping me intrigued in the story and not bored with a single character's story-line.
I wasn't expecting this to be set in the present, I was expecting it to right after George Washington was supposed to be 'king', but it worked well.

After reading only a few pages of this book, I was already invested and attached to each of these characters. They each had their own interesting story-line and they were all interesting and kept you entertained.
Overall, I loved this book and all its plot twists, and I absolutely need the next book right now!
